Do you also rent regular plastic porta-potties?
We only rent luxury multi-stall restroom, shower, and combo trailers with full amenities. We do not provide single-stall plastic porta-potties at this time.
What does it cost & are there delivery / pickup fees? How do I get the best rate?
Trailer rental rates can start as low as $599, but vary by: time of year, time until delivery date (Clients who book months in advance often save up to 25-50% on their rentals vs booking last minute when demand is high), location (delivery locations outside of our Rapid Response Network often cost more due to mileage, wages, & fuel costs), specific dates & duration needed (Rental dates within our peak pricing demand season (April to October) often cost more than our winter off-peak rates), weekday vs. weekend, trailer type (ADA & combo units often cost more), and real-time demand. Because we operate the largest luxury trailer fleet in the Western U.S., smaller companies often pull from our inventory when they sell out—this demand can push prices higher as availability tightens.
To lock the lowest possible rate, book early. Our pricing is demand-based: the fewer units remaining for a date, the higher the rate. In most cases we do not charge delivery or pickup fees; exceptions include certain last‑minute rentals or remote rural locations outside our standard coverage.

Do I need to provide water or power for the trailer?
Ideally we fill the trailer’s water tank on site. If no water source is available, we can pre‑fill en route. Smaller trailers typically need only one dedicated 120V / 20A circuit (standard outlet) within 50–100 ft. Larger trailers (5‑Station & up) require a dedicated circuit to power A/C systems.
